Gluten Free Food at Oriole Park

If your heading to a Baltimore Orioles game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, there is no need to go hungry (or thirsty) if you are gluten free. The 2018 list of gluten free food and drink includes the return of crowd-pleasers Boog’s BBQ and Bacon on a Stick as well as Hard Ciders and gluten free Redbridge beer.

As always, make your dietary needs known early and often and ask the servers to change their gloves.

My family’s favorite is  Boog’s BBQ on the Eutaw Street Main Concourse (also on the All-Star Cafe on the Club Level). The turkey, pork and beef bbq, bun and the Original BBQ sauce are gluten free. Besides delicious, they have tight cross-contamination procedures:

⚾️ BBQ is pulled from containers reserved for gluten free orders

Dempsey’s Brew Pub and Restaurant: Burgers (please request a gluten free bun), Bacon on a Stick, Chili, Crab Soup, Cather’s Cobb Salad, The Dempsey Salad, Greek Chopped Salad.

Club Level

Beer: Flying Dog Orange Bar (Redbridge)

Food: All Star Cafe (Please request a gluten free bun): Boog’s BBQ (Please request a gluten free bun). Their turkey, pork and beef bbq are gluten free as well as Boog’s Beans and Old Bay Slaw.
