One of my favorite resources is Gluten Free Watchdog. Started by Dietician Tricia Thompson in 2011 as an independent testing organization. In addition to detailed product reports, Gluten Free Watchdog is a tireless advocate for the gluten free community. They accept no ads or sponsorships, the consumer is their one and only priority.
